This is a letter to the 26th Congressional District’s soon-to-be-elected member of Congress (whoever it is): I congratulate you on your election and wish you the best. To help you be successful, I thought it would be useful since the next election is only two years away, to share the criteria I will use to decide whether or not to vote for you in 2014.

Robbery suspect to be given psychological evaluation
A recently released prison inmate charged with robbing a clerk at the CVS Pharmacy in Adrian will be given a psychological evaluation. A motion to test David Daniel Byard’s mental condition was granted Monday in Lenawee County District Court.
